If you have a physical Pluxee Mobility payment card you can easily consult your PIN code (4 digits) in the mobile app.
- Open the mobile application, scroll down to the payment methods section and click on the eye next to "Mobility card"
- Depending on the operating system of your mobile phone, a biometric check will be requested (Face ID or fingerprint), please make sure that you allowed push notifications from our app.
- Click on “Pluxee Mobility card” and “Show PIN code”
- Enter your 9-digit card ID which can be found on the back of your physical Pluxee Mobility card
- Here is your PIN code!
