Would you like to purchase a yearly transit pass and pay with your Pluxee Mobility virtual IBAN?

By linking your personal card to your Pluxee Mobility card and generating your virtual IBAN, you can use the IBAN's information to pay for your yearly transit pass, with the employer/employee split done automatically.

Let's take an example:
Your company gives you a certain amount every month from your Pluxee Mobility budget, and pays 50% of your transit pass. You would like to take out an annual RATP transport pass worth €88.80.

You can pay the full amount (i.e. 88.80€) with your virtual Pluxee Mobility IBAN, 44.40€ will be deducted from your Pluxee Mobility budget and 44.40€ will be debited from your bank account, via a direct debit authorization on the personal card you've added.

There's no need to pay in advance to your company, and no need to be reimbursed on your pay slip - you'll only pay the portion you owe, i.e. the employee's part!

How do I generate a virtual IBAN?

First, you need to have your personal card linked. For more information.

Once your personal card has been coupled, you have two options:

1. Generate the virtual IBAN from the Pluxee Mobility dashboard

    • Click on New request then New subscription
    • Click on Via direct debit option
    • A success message appears, click on I understand
    • Before generating your IBAN, you must agree to use it only for your public transport pass.
    • Click on Generate
    • You can copy the information using the Copy button

2. From the My payment methods section

    • Click on Create a virtual IBAN
    • A success message appears, click on I understand
    • Before generating your IBAN, you must agree to use it only for your public transport pass.
    • Click on Generate
    • You can copy the information using the Copy button

You're done!

You can consult, modify or delete a current authorization at any time, by going to the My payment methods section and clicking on View my authorizations.

How can I cancel/ recall my payment ? 

In case of an error you made and if you want to recall your direct debit, please contact our support as soon as possible via our contact form.
